On June 1st Bryce Hill, conducted an interview with Chuck Powell and Steve (Wayne) Harris. The interview took place at the Oakland Museum. Both Chuck and Steve spoke on their beginnings, the moves, and what it was like living the Boogaloo dream on the streets of Oakland in the 70’s. The interview concludes with an impromptu performance.
